1. Overview
At Ganda Organics, we value your satisfaction. Each product is carefully crafted and checked before dispatch. However, as our items are natural and perishable, certain conditions apply to returns and shipping.
2. Shipping Policy
We process and ship all confirmed orders within 2–3 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.
You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been shipped, including tracking information if available.
We work with trusted delivery partners, but Ganda Organics is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or events beyond our control.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order size. Free delivery may be offered for selected promotions or locations.
4. Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We cannot accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
5. Refunds
Once your return is approved, a refund or replacement will be issued. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at gandaorganics0@gmail.com. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
7. International Shipping
For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply. Customers are responsible for any additional charges incurred at the destination country.
