Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (almonds, cashews, or walnuts)
  • ¼ cup seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, or chia)
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup Ganda Organics Virgin Coconut Oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, or chopped dates)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts, seeds, shredded coconut, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. 3In a small bowl, mix melted Ganda Coconut Oil, honey, and vanilla.
  4. 4Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  5. 5Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. 6Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
  7. 7Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Stir in dried fruits if using.
  8. 8Store in an airtight container and enjoy as a snack or with yogurt/milk.
