Ingredients
- •3 cups rolled oats
- •½ cup chopped nuts (almonds, cashews, or walnuts)
- •¼ cup seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, or chia)
- •¼ cup shredded coconut
- •¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- •¼ cup Ganda Organics Virgin Coconut Oil, melted
- •1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- •½ teaspoon cinnamon
- •Pinch of salt
- •Optional: dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, or chopped dates)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts, seeds, shredded coconut, cinnamon, and salt.
- 3In a small bowl, mix melted Ganda Coconut Oil, honey, and vanilla.
- 4Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.
- 5Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- 6Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
- 7Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Stir in dried fruits if using.
- 8Store in an airtight container and enjoy as a snack or with yogurt/milk.
