Ingredients
- •3 ripe bananas, mashed
- •½ cup Ganda Organics Virgin Coconut Oil, melted
- •½ cup honey or maple syrup
- •2 eggs
- •1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- •1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour (or whole wheat for a healthier twist)
- •1 teaspoon baking soda
- •½ teaspoon salt
- •½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- •½ cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a loaf pan with a little coconut oil.
- 2In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, Ganda Coconut Oil, honey, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- 3In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- 4Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Stir in nuts or chocolate chips if using.
- 5Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- 6Bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- 7Cool slightly before slicing and enjoying!
