Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut (plus extra for rolling)
  • 2 tablespoons Ganda Organics Virgin Coconut Oil
  • ¼ cup honey or date syrup
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter or almond butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional add-ins: chopped dates, chia seeds, or cocoa nibs

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine oats, desiccated coconut, and salt.
  2. 2In a small saucepan (or microwave-safe bowl), gently warm Ganda Organics Coconut Oil, honey, and peanut butter until smooth.
