- •1 cup rolled oats
- •½ cup desiccated coconut (plus extra for rolling)
- •2 tablespoons Ganda Organics Virgin Coconut Oil
- •¼ cup honey or date syrup
- •2 tablespoons peanut butter or almond butter
- •½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- •A pinch of salt

Instructions
- 1In a large bowl, combine oats, desiccated coconut, and salt.
