Ingredients
- •2 whole tilapia (cleaned and scaled) or fillets

- •1 large onion, finely chopped
- •2 cloves garlic, minced
- •1-inch piece ginger, grated
- •2 tomatoes, chopped

Instructions

- 5Add tilapia (whole or fillets) to the sauce. Cover and simmer for 10–15 minutes until the fish is cooked through and tender.
- 6Garnish with fresh coriander/cilantro and serve hot with steamed rice or Ugandan staples.
